As the producers of equipment for the spirometry and your representant for EU we bear responsibility for its subsequent operation in users.
All spirometers MAS-1 are provided with service maintenance.
Guarantee maintenance is accomplished in accordance with the agreements to the delivery of equipment. The warranty period of the operation of spirometers MAS-1 is 24 months from the date of the dispatch of instruments to customer. Post-warranty maintenance is ensured within the framework the agreements to the service maintenance, concluded with the dealers.
"Unitehprom BGU" and “EU representant” has available all necessary spare parts and component product for the post-warranty service maintenance of the spirometers " MAS" for the duration of entire period of their operation. Entire spectrum of the service servicing of the instruments of its own production is achieved by forces of our laboratory.
In the entire territory of Belarus' for the duration of the number of years are exploited more than 500 spirometers MAS-1. All work on the service servicing of this network of spirometers carries out two service engineers.
Spirometers of " MAS-1" with the period of service not less than 8 years according to TU RB 14503472.001-96 with timely taking of service measures and proper working of the sensor of respiration ensure the substantially larger period of service (so the first spirometers " MAS-1" - more than 13 years) maintain metrological characteristics during entire period of operation. With an average quantity of 1000-1500 spirograms per year to one spirometer, it ensures the large flows of inspections - 60 and more than men during the day in the regime of professional examinations, to 5000-8000 executed spirographies per year in the specialized clinics.
