Abstract
According to medical practice we can say that individual cryosaunas are more efficient and safe than group cryosaunas. These facts have sufficient physical basis. Group cryosauna doesn't provide constant temperature. Large part of group procedure is at gas temperature -900C, that increases heat losses and creates conditions for dangerous overcooling.
It is difficult to make a group with the similar cold receptiveness, so therapy efficiency of the group is lower. Individual cryosaunas of last generation are developed in accordance with the real heat secretion of the patient. Their energy capacity is 5 times higher than group cryosaunas have.
Gas temperature reaches the working mode for 10-15sec and doesn't change during the whole course of treatment (procedure). Contact time of the body with cryogenic gas in cryosauna is counted according to the weight of the patient and his anatomy peculiarities.
Higher velocity of gas motion in cryosauna raises the duration of analgetic action. Individual cryosaunas reach the working mode for 5 min, and serve 15 patients and work continuously no less than 6 hours. Location place for individual cryosauna is approximately 10m. Only in Russia more than 70 individual cryosaunas are manufactured annually.
